U.K: yes (Boner-Law was from Canada originally)
Canada: yes (Turner was from SW London originally, although he was never P.M, former Sask. Premier Tommy Douglas was from Scotland originally... oh and the current Mayor of Toronto is from... heehee... Norfolk originally... heehee...)
Australia: yes (Billy Hughes was from Wales originally)

Ah, yeah, I suppose if you're in Britain, that's pretty bad, too.

I also knew this one guy whose name was Brent Smith (think about it).

I had an uncle named Dick.  He then had a son, also named Dick.  For awhile we too to calling htem Big Dick and Little Dick until Little Dick got old enough to say something about it.

Well, back in college we had this guy on my floor named Richard, and we nicknamed him "Big Dick."  Which was fine, until his younger brother decided to come to the same school the next year.  You can imagine he didn't enjoy his nickname of "Little Dick."
