U.K: yes (Boner-Law was from Canada originally)
Canada: yes (Turner was from SW London originally, although he was never P.M, former Sask. Premier Tommy Douglas was from Scotland originally... oh and the current Mayor of Toronto is from... heehee... Norfolk originally... heehee...)
Australia: yes (Billy Hughes was from Wales originally)

Wow, that guy must have had a hard time in school...

I think it might have been Bonar-Law... hardly an improvement though... I forget whether his first name was Andrew or Arthur... he died shortly after gaining office. Asquith called him the "unknown Prime Minister".

Well, back in college we had this guy on my floor named Richard, and we nicknamed him "Big Dick."  Which was fine, until his younger brother decided to come to the same school the next year.  You can imagine he didn't enjoy his nickname of "Little Dick."
