Nelson's flying high. I guess Floridian Republicans must be hating Jeb Bush for not taking a stab at this seat.

I think the Democratic Senate prospects are very good so far.

There`s only 2 seats so far where the Democrats are risking a pick-up.

That's Nebraska, where the seat is almost 100% gone, and North Dakota - but that could be winnable if Earl Pomeroy jumps in.

If Kaine runs in Virginia, there's a good chance the Dems could hold the seat - with Obama on the ticket causing the good Democratic turnout.

MO and MT are pure toss-ups, but McCaskill and Tester could still win.

If the GOP has a good day, then they could win all 5 of these seats.

Eeven though NM is open, I think the Democrats will win it in a presidential year.

PA, OH, MI are probably not winnable by the Republicans.

Did I forget anything ?

I'm wondering if Hasner would take a larger portion of the democrat vote than the other repubs because he's jewish? Do democrat jews vote for republican ones?

And he's also personally my favorite because he drives an electric car and is very pro-environment.

There's not a very big sample pool to draw conclusions from, but I would guess no.
