Reforming the UN:

- kick the US and Israel for blatantly violating regulations and resolutions.  This is unacceptable behavior.  If the US can't abide, they should have no say.

- put Brazil, India, Germany, and Japan on the Security Council as permanent members.  While you're at it, throw in Syria, Iran, and Pakistan for good measure.

- ensure the next Secretary general has a name "Mohammed" or "Abdul" or something like that, and is from France
