How would you know? I myself, am under the impression, that having that extra sheath wrapping around your member in a flexible tactile manner as it were, enhances sensation - considerably. I actually looked into reversing mine, in a testosteroned moment, but after further review, gave up on that one. Medical science even today, can only take one so far.  Sad
