To my surprise, Mitt Romney is doing badly in Maine -- worse than Huckabee, Palin, or Gingrich.

The GOP 2012 numbers:

If the Republican candidates for President in 2012 were Haley Barbour, Mitch Daniels, Newt Gingrich, Mike Huckabee, Sarah Palin, Ron Paul, Tim Pawlenty, and Mitt Romney who would you vote for?

Mike Huckabee ............................................... 19%
Newt Gingrich ................................................. 19%
Sarah Palin ..................................................... 17%
Mitt Romney.................................................... 15%
Ron Paul......................................................... 8%
Mitch Daniels .................................................. 4%
Tim Pawlenty .................................................. 3%
Haley Barbour................................................. 2%
Someone else/Undecided............................... 13%

Map:

Huckabee -> Light Blue
Romney -> Red
Palin -> Pink
Pawlenty -> Green
DeMint -> Yellow

     I would expect Romney to be doing much better in Maine. These are rather disappointing numbers for him.
