I don't think he will run.  Four presidential runs is enough, whether someone wins or not.

Nader will be in every presidential election until he dies. Nader didn't run on the Green Party ticket in 2004 or 2008. Most likely he'll either run as an independent or start a new party. There's also a chance he and his supporters might try to take over whatever's left of the Reform Party, thought that probably won't be worth the effort at this point.

As much as I like Nader, the guy may not run and if he does, he may not even be elected.

However, from what it SOUNDS like, Nader is forming a coalition with Ron Paul which I dunno, is a crazy idea in its own way, but who knows it COULD work. It would definitely give me reason to give it a hard look at the 2012 elections unless you get Donald Trump running.
