Well yeah, he doesn't know twopennorth about the world outside his home country, and he doesn't know a farthing about how little he knows, but he's American so I don't think we can hold that against him. I vote FF.

His line about the Greek crisis happening because of PASOK's victory is probably one of the dumbest things ever posted not by a blatant troll. One of the things that comes close is his prediction of a victory by Christine O'Donnell.

I'm not totally sure what you mean, but my dislike for Opebo has more to do with his intellectual dishonesty, arrogance and rude debate tactics than the fact that he's a wonderful human being. The latter part has really become more apparent lately (I didn't actually know that he salivated at the thought of butterflies on the wind until fairly recently) so it has little to do with my original contempt.

But, sure I do think that if someone is sufficiently in disagreement with me (say by being a Nazi) that can be sufficient grounds for thinking them to be a Horrible Person. But Beet is a centrist democrat, so...
