What the heck?  Singapore isn't terrible, but for Asia its not that great.  There's nothing better about it than Canada, except maybe Geylang.

Evil is a strong word... but having a system which allows healthcare costs to be one of the leading causes of personal bankruptcy isn't exactly good.
