I'm Senator IrishDemocrat and I approve this message.

<start ad>

Supersoulty, did you trust him as Vice President?

As Vice President he suddenly had to resign.  Wonder why?  He appointed Reagan to a patronage position.  Since his sudden departure from us supersoulty has not been an active member of the Forum.

And why does he come back?  To run against IrishDemocrat.  Why?

To give more tax breaks to wealthy Atlasians and corporate kickbacks.

SUPERSOULTY:  PATRONAGE. CORPORATE KICKBACKS.  WRONG FOR DISTRICT 1.

May I point out that no Vice-President of Atlasia has ever served a full term.

I would have done if the Nym Administration had been re-elected.

Besides, I was by far the most active Vice-President that we have ever had.

I am a man of action.  I was frustrated by the fact that all I was ever able to do was talk.  I had no vote, so I was bound by inaction.  In the Senate, I will be able to act.

That was the problem, as I said, you cannot "achieve" anything as VP.  I did introduce some legislation.  The "Life Bill".  I was also active in many of the debates.

It's alright, I expected this anyway.  My opponet has nothing positive to say about himself and nothing to show for his time in the Senate, so he has no choice but to smear me instead.

I bullied the Senate to change the voting system

And that was a good thing.  I'm not saying that others did nothing, I'm just defending myself.  If I offended you, I am sorry.

Al, I honestly thought that I might have you on my side.  I guess I miscalculated.

Well, not so much "miscalculated" as mistaken.  I really didn't calculate anything, as you can see from the fact the the AFP is still a one man show.

(Dan said he would join, but never changed his registration).

Mistimed not miscalculated. If you'd started the AFP thing a few days earlier, I'd probably have joined.

As it is, I was thinking about setting up a multi-partisan coalition for economic development etc.
I'll work more stuff out tomorrow.

Both you and Irishdem would be welcome

The question should be: Do the people of the district trust you as Senator?
