We are live in Norfolk, Va., to witness the christening of the 2nd Ford Class aircraft carrier, named after the 44th president of the United States, John S. McCain.  Although John McCain passed away in 2019, the ship will be part of his legacy.  The ship will the 5th carrier that has been named after a former president.  The ship will be 1100 ft and 100,000 tons.  With slight configurations, the ship will have an arsenal of JSF-35 and laser anti missile weapon.

Attending the ceremony will be 3 living former presidents, Bush, Clinton, Warner and the 46th president, John Thune, who is the current president.

After sea trial, the John McCain will be stationed in the Pacific and many believe it will be sent to the South China Sea to monitor the rising tensions between superpower China and Vietnam.

Life can be karma, perhaps the John McCain will side with Vietnam, the country who shot him, beat him and imprisoned him 50 something years ago.

Below is how history will judge John McCain

1.  Won the biggest upset in 2008 by defeating Barrack Obama.
2.  First Arizonaian to become president.
3.  Only Vietnam vet to serve as president.
4.  Only POW to serve as president.
5.  2nd carrier pilot to serve as president.
6.  Serve only 1 term as president.
7.  Only president to not seek nomination from party for a second term since LBJ.
8.  Oldest person to be elected president.
9.  Had the first mormon VP, Mitt Romney.
