They are saying the seating may have dampened both sides. In so doing, Obama was more in focus, but also Boehner. Rather than looking for clapping or boing on their side, the only real source of GOP reaction being Boehner, who was subdued.  On the flip side they are attributing some of Obama's awkward moments to the new seating plan subduing the response.

Also, talk about them not mentioning the debt and deficit till 35 minutes in and his failure to address specifically entitlements. Chris Wallace just said entitlements will be like Thelma and Louise with both Obama and Boehner jumping together. lol
