So what if Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Newt Gingrich decide not to run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012 or their campaigns falter in the early going? Who will the GOP turn to?

29% Rudy Giuliani
17% Tim Pawlenty
  5% Mitch Daniels
  5% Haley Barbour
  4% Mike Pence
  4% Herman Cain
  4% Jon Huntsman
  3% John Thune
11% Someone else
19% Undecided

The survey of 1,000 Likely GOP Primary Voters was conducted on January 18, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. Likely GOP Primary Voters include both Republicans and unaffiliated voters likely to vote in a GOP Primary. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC.

Interesting that they didn't include Giuliani in the other primary (where the top-4 are included) but didn't include Paul in this primary when he was actually included in the other primary with the top-4 ... Tongue

A pretty much meaningless poll, Guliani was ahead in national polls in 2008, look where that got him.
