Like I said before, this wouldn't be happening if Michael Vick were right.
Really? I find dogfighting horrible and appalling. If any Republican candidate was ever caught doing it they would lose my vote and I would crusade to make sure they lose NC in any contest. Might pull a Taxi Driver.

Do you think that Fox News would be talking about how a white player deserved the death penalty for dogfighting?

That depends...is the white...a liberal? a gay? a hippie? an atheist?  a poor?

The white is a professional football player.

If Obama made a comment at least vaguely supportive of the player, then they probably would call for the guy's head anyway. The raison d'être of the modern ultra-conservative is to be the anti-Obama.

I liked Tucker Carlson from his days on CNN's Crossfire program.  He was always an insightful, young commentator.  This probably doesn't kill all respect I had for him, he is entitled to his opinion, but it does damage it.  As for Fox News, I didn't have much respect for them, but what respect I did have is severely damaged.  Like with Mr. Carlson, the respect is probably not forever tarnished, but it is damaged.

You had respect for Tucker Carlson and Fox News?
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This is sooo not even close to why you should have no respect for them.

Yes, this should rank somewhere around reason 2547897451.

You might want to change the title of your thread then.
