There are a few. MO, NV and OH are the top three. But you I notice since 1960 North Carolina voted for the winnier every time but 1992/96, and I think Perot could have messed it up them two years, due to him taking some of the votes away from Clinton.

I think you guys kind of misunderstood my post. It's my fault.

But in the sense of if the nation swings D+3 and than R+7. What state would be the most correlated to that.
