What % of Whites did Clinton get in 1996 in these two states?

Also, if he was able to keep that same % and have the black turnout of Obama, could he have taken one of those 2?

Looking at that same website, what's with Clinton doing better with both youth and hispanics in AZ? Especially since there are more youth and hispanics in 08 than in 96.
