How likely btw is it that if Democrats win CA and WA and either CO or PA - but lose in NV - and therefore keep their majority in the Senate, that Schumer follows Reid as majority leader ?

Fairly Likely actually.  Reid's slipped a bit in the most recent numbers, and Angle has a pretty consistant 3-4 point lead in recent polling.
