I have contacts in both.

Obviously Keith Ellison is in no danger, but this district is key to victory in all statewide elections in Minnesota. The better GOTV his people run, it helps Democrats across the board.

On the other hand, this year that'll only really help us in one race we're probably winning anyway (Governor). I guess there's the downballot state offices too, but they kind of ride the coattails. Meanwhile if I go with the main DFL and get sent to the suburbs or even outstate that could help us with congressional and/or state legislative seats.

I think I'll do 50/50. After all the polls are open till 8PM and I'll probably get done voting before 9AM. Plenty of time to work with both. And I have two free days (Sunday/Monday) prior to it, might just split the difference.
