the Socialist candidate is getting 1%? That's pretty high for the Socialist party I'd assume?

The Socialists only ran one candidate in 2008, a perennial candidate in New Jersey who got 0.2% of the vote. The Socialist Workers Party ran three, two of whom got 1.1%, and the other a whopping 1.5%. There might have been other Socialist candidates in all but name on the ballot (running as independents), but they probably don't have ballot access in most states.

It's ok I know how you feel. Remember I suggested that Star Parker could win.

She used to run for the little lefty outfit called the Liberty Union Party. They perpetually win 0.1-1% of the vote in Vermont. She's a perennial candidate, ran in 2008 and 2006 and maybe before then, too.
