37% Andy Barr (R)

47% Jack Conway (D)
41% Rand Paul (R)

I hope for Braun Research's sake that the Senate poll was just in KY-6.

BTW, the Kentucky SoS provides election results for Congressional districts. For 2008 it was:

50.7% Lunsford
49.3% McConnell

This is good news for Conway then ... Smiley

For 2004, the site only provides results statewide and for counties ... Sad

So do the math. Scott and Lincoln are the only split counties.

This tells you all you need to know Lewis:

Fayette County

Daniel Mongiardo   70,798    58.51%
Jim Bunning           50,209    41.49%

And Franklin County (home of the state capital of Frankfort - what a dump of a town that is!) went 2-1 for Mongiardo.

It's called Frankfurt, it couldn't possibly be a dump. This just tells me once more that I'm not to trust your instincts this election cycle.

I have been there, and seen it with my own eyes, and did put it up as Frankfurt, and then did a google and it came up Frankfort (so I did an edit of my post). Whatever it is called, it is still a dump. Heck, I could not even find a decent restaurant to eat in, and finally ended up at a Holiday Inn (ugh!). Oh, it is Frankfort I see. Haha. Tongue

Moving right along, regarding Frankfurt (that big town in your neck of the woods) , the sales lady at my local Macy's is from there, and she says the public schools in that town have gone to hell and a hand basket. She had to pull her daughter out of the schools there, in part for physical safety reasons. What happened?

I don't blame you for not trusting my instincts (I am pushing the envelop a bit, rather than just hanging with polls and money raising stuff), but so far my little predictions are playing out pretty well. On WV and Wisconsin! Smiley

Yes, I know it's mis-spelled with an o. This is Kentucky after all, you wouldn't expect them to be able to spell. That doesn't change the fact that a man who can't find anything better than a Holiday Inn in a place named Frankfurt either doesn't know how to look properly or doesn't wouldn't know a good restaurant if it were knocked around his ears. I'm just egging you on, obviously.

Well next time I will take you with me, to assist me in these little annoying ministerial matters. But would a German even know what good food is, is the question.  I mean, have you ever been exposed to good food? Just asking. I guess another way to ask it, is have you ever been to France or Italy?  Smiley

Any poll from Braun Research should be taken with a grain of salt.  They are totally new to Kentucky and have no track record.  I'm not saying their results are totally inaccurate, but their polling has been suspect.  When both Rasmussen and SUSA showed Paul up 15, they were the only poll in more than a year to show Conway ahead.  At least from the Senate perspective, Bruan doesn't seem to push people to make a choice.
