The only candidates whose names have been floated around who aren't or haven't been Governor / Senator are mainly Republicans associated with the the Bush Administration:

Namely, Powell (who won't run) and Rice (who won't win).

Or Wesley Clark.  Who may run.  But his campaign won't reach the strength of Bob Graham's indomitable '04 (or should I say '03) run.
