M-D is supposed to be the gold standard in FL, per SS, correct?

It'll be kind of funny when we lose every on election night but still pick up California and Florida's (and maybe Texas') governor mansions.

It'll be kind of funny when we lose every on election night but still pick up California and Florida's (and maybe Texas') governor mansions.

Those two governorships could make the difference in House control if the 2012 election is close.

Governors races are often different than federal races.  In 1986, when Republicans lost control of the Senate, they also picked up eight governorships in the same election to nearly tie Democrats nationally.
