This has been discussed before, but it is interesting.  See under "history,"  the thread is called "Interesting tidbit"  The interesting thing about this time is that Clinton and Bush are from different parties, while Jefferson, Madison nd Monroe were all anti-Federalist Democrat-Republicans.

Good point.  And this time, with the different parties it illustrates how polarized our country is.  200 years ago Madison and Monroe showed how much they were in concert.  While I like the Redskins and Red Sox analogies and find them interesting, they need to be kept in perspective.  As for repeat topics, we get them all the time.  But there is always something added that makes it new and interesting.
