If FDR had lived past April '45 and decided not to run in 1948, how do you think the period from April of 1945 (the ending of the war) and the years 1945-January 1949 would've been different if it had been President Roosevelt at the helm from '45-49 instead of Truman?

I think it would be more important to focus on the Korean peninsula. The plans for post war Europe (Yalta Conference) were worked out before he died, Truman just followed through on his orders.

The U.S. and U.S.S.R. would probably have good relations for a couple more years and Greece might very well have become Communist. Other than that, I honestly don't see much changing.
