Anyone has info on overseas result? Are they counted yet? If not they COULD flip OH to Kerry. Democrats Abroad has been very active this year.

I wonder what would happen if it did.

I wouldn't bet on it, but there are 7 million Americans out there, greater than Virginia's population. And a larger % of those are eligible to vote. Besides, abroad you can register in any state you want.

Untrue.  You have to register in the last state you had residence in.  If you never held residence you need to register in the last state your ancestors had residence in.  Registering in another state is fraud.

According to Prof. McDonald at  GMU, there are about 3.3 million oversea voters. Not sure if anybody has that by state. Maybe the overseas democrats have that?

Just playing with the math, if there are 3.3 million overseas ballots, and assuming they're spread proportionally between the states, then there are about 136,000 Ohio overseas ballots.

(That's just taking 3.3 mil, dividing it by 435, and multiplying it by 18.  Not exactly scientific, I know.)
