Don't see why not, so yes. I think it'd also be interesting to see whether having such a high profile in the Shadow Cabinet would move the party away from the new "Presidential" style of many parliamentary democracies, were most people are only really be able to recognise the party leaders.

Plus, international development seems like something Brown's passionate about. He'd wipe the floor with his opponent at International Development questions, not that anyone watches it. Tongue

It'd be good to see him as the Leader of Labour in the Scottish Parliament, he's much better than Iain Gray.
