Rasmussen has recently started to release polls with "initial preference" and "with leaners".

Normally not a problem, but a problem with tied races.

For example, in their last NV poll, Angle and Reid are tied in the initial preference, but Angle leads by 2 with leaners.

So here´s my question: How should we add this crap to the database now ?

* Only the initial preference
* Only with leaners
* Both

I think we should add the initial preference until Sept. 30, then add leaners only.

"Both" would be bad for the average, as we would have 2 Rasmussen polls all the time.

I say initial preference until we get closer to the election.

I say leaners because Rasmussen will only release the numbers with leaners starting after Labor Day anyway. It will keep it more consistent.

On second thought, since Pollster and RCP are imputing them as leaners, I suspect we should follow suit too.
