Depends what the Tory and LibDem preference recommendations were in the constituency and how many of their voters followed the instructions.

It is very difficult to say. Under a different voting system, people don't tend to behave as they would under FPTP.

Look at what happened on May 6 - even with two sets of elections using FPTP, people seemed to split tickets in a way which foxed most predictions and polls. FPTP cannot be transfered to AV adequately.
