Here is a map of Dem vs GOP turnout in the gubernatorial primaries. Alot of uncontested dem primaries are the reason why some states seem ridiculously blue


Green - Have not had a primary yet
Dark Green - both parties uncontested

Too bad Oklahoma doesn't vote like that in anything important. Btw, OK and CA were really close.

Its moved pretty Democratic in recent years. Obama won it with double digits and it voted no on prop 8.

Also, it's got ski resorts and almost nobody lives there (pop. 1,145, as of the 2007 estimate).

Not really, but I wasn't expecting such a lopsided turnout with the dems having a competitive primary too.
