Remember everyone, they're only activist judges when they do stuff you don't like Smiley

Chris makes a wonderful point, in my view.

Tell me what, exactly, about the current SCOTUS makes you think they're an "activist" court?

I don't see it, but maybe it's just me.

They've reversed precedent in a few cases, but I haven't seen them "legislating from the bench".

They are just as activist as previous courts, including the Warren court. Of course the Conservatives don't think so since they are getting rulings they like.

Corporations can funnel unlimited amounts of money to politicians=non-activist

Blacks can attend the same schools as whites and woman have control over their own uterus= omgz activist court!!!!!!
