The Oliverio campaign released other results of the poll, such as 44 percent of those surveyed rated President Obama's performance as poor compared to 25 percent as not-so-good, good 21 percent and excellent 8 percent.
Joe Manchin (D): 62%
John Raese (R): 30%
52 percent of the respondents in the survey rated Manchin's performance as good while 30 percent said excellent.
Hamilton Campaigns, based in Washington, D.C., was started by Bill Hamilton in 1964 and bills itself as the oldest partisan consulting firm in the country.
