So, Primary has gone and passed and the contest will be between Virg Bernero for the Democrats and Rick Snyder for the GOP.

Thoughts? Predictions? Use maps if ya want...

I voted for Bernero, but was very surprised when Rick Snyder won the GOP nomination. Didn't see that coming, I really though Hoekstra was gonna take it.

I'll vote for Snyder, somewhat unhappily.

I think Snyder will win, barring some unknown scandal, which is the problem we could face nominating somebody who's never been under public scrutiny before.

Ill vote for Bernero, but im sure the GOP will win. Its normally been difficult for a Party to win third terms... and Granholm is probably gonna taint the Democratic name of the ballot. Alot of people in my area don't like her.

No need to be so pessimistic, him being new to politics could end up being a bonus in a relatively anti-incumbent year.
