So I had originally decided on America in 2050 and with the awesome help of Sirnick I was getting started on that, but I decided to take a different approach. So here's what I'm going to do. I am going to invent people (fiction obviously), because I feel that this board could use something new. I will write a narrative and timeline about the political lives of the person selected to be written about. Each person chosen could potentially have a striking, exciting, and often emotional life story and political career.
The biography will include a very detailed and thorough life story, interviews with friends/family, and a look back at the careers of the person to be given this biography.

FEEL FREE to discuss:)

Here are the choices of people to written about:

1) Vice President Joyce King

The first Black-female Vice President is a rising star in the Democratic Party as she wins her party's nomination for president. But will a post-convention scandal ruin her chances?

2) Senator Aaron Dare

The political world is flipped upside down when Oklahoma's Junior Senator, Republican Aaron Dare (an infamous xenophobe and zealot) is elected to the United States Senate.

3) Governor Frank O'Hannon

Pennsylvania's Democratic governor, Frank O'Hannon, is accused is taking part in various illegal activities in the state house.

4) Congressman Jason Ortega

Mexican-American Republican House-member Jason Ortega from the state of Arizona tackles illegal immigration by organizing marches along the border proposing the deportation of any and all illegal aliens.

5) Former President Joshua Klaber

Joshua Klaber, America's first Jewish president, is responsible for ending an extremely unpopular war against insurgents in the Arabian peninsula. Klaber is seen as one of theb rokers of peace in the Middle East.

I think Aaron Dare or Joshua Klaber would be the most interesting. I vote for Aaron Dare with the hope that you'll turn it into a futuristic dystopia.

LOL, what is with Frank O'Hannon's appeal, he was created as a boring choice to fit 5 slots haha. Just curious?

Why'd you change the idea? I thought it was an excellent one. Lemme know if you don't use the 2050 idea, because I might take it after my Cuban-Missile Crisis series.

I still may do it, I'm not sure yet. I wanted to try my hand at fictional biographies  on the board and then maybe get back to it. If I don't do it, it's 100% yours and thanks for all your help man.

No problem, but I do think that 2050 is an excellent idea still. I'll ask before using it if I'm interested.

O'Hannon's story well written can be interesting.

Klaber seems to be boring, stereotypical choice.
