No. Because Bush Sr. was extremely corrupt and fiscally irresponsible and because Bush Jr. didn't prevent 9/11, used false pretenses to invade Iraq, was extremely corrupt, helped cause the financial crisis, massively damaged our international reputation, and was extremely fiscally irresponsible.
