I don't mean to have discussion here, but the type of government I am thinking of is "Verinocracy"

Ideally we'd change from being the "Midwest Region" to the "Verin Sovereignty" or something like that.

The bill was written as-is to encourage debate on just what direction we should take it.

2. An exotic pet shall be defined as a non-domesticated animal not normally owned as a pet that could potentially harm a person.
