In case of a 4-4 tie, the decision of the lower court is upheld by default.

In case of a 4-4 tie, the decision of the lower court is upheld by default.

Well, the vote to overturn the FL Supremes was a 7-2 vote so it would eb 6-2.  They would split 4-4 on the remedy.
