Once again, Here's what the article said:

We have never seen anything that was convincing to us at all that Osama bin Laden was present at any stage of Tora Bora -- before, during or after," Quigley said. "I know you've got voices in the intelligence community that are taking a different view, but I just wanted you to know our view as well."

"Truth is hard to come by in Afghanistan," Quigley said, and for confidence on bin Laden's whereabouts "you need to see some sort of physical concrete proof."

BTW:  John Kerry's family were drug dealers.

This srticle is 2 years old. What would Kerry have done different at the time? Did he speak out against it then?

Even if true no military venture is perfect. Bush relied on the intelligence we had and his commanders in the field. As he should have.

Do you in any way doubt that Bush did not want to capture UBL? Do you really and truly believe that if Kerry was President we would have gotten him?

If US mountain forces had led the way, we would have taken hundreds, maybe a thousand+ casualties. Plus we didn't know the terrain like the locals.

So, if we had gotten Bin Laden, Kerry would have said "he was isolated and wasn't worth the loss of life."

I don't give a sh**t if Bin Laden was at Tora Bora or not.

I don't give a <<Please watch your language>> if Bin Laden was at Tora Bora or not.

Kerry knows just where he is, along with Amelia Earhart, Lord Lucan, Judge Crater, Jimmy Hoffa, and my socks that keep going missing in the dryer!  ;-)

With the Chinese too.

It's an accurate, but exceptionally misleading statement.  It is actually less misleading than most of jFOOL's posts, and expecially this one.

Yes.

It would have undermined his case for the Iraq War.

He knew he was more powerful politically if he could invoke an external threat like Communism or al Qaeda.

Getting OMB will not stop al Qaeda or make up too much safer.  Damaging al-Qaeda to the point where it cannot launch an attack will, as a practical matter.  Bush, so far, has accomplished that mission.

I would like to see 60 minutes investigate the Forbes fortune in the past.
"The China trade" is a nice little code word for something.

Please, my choice was the MA Historical Society.  Of course, it really is not relevent to the race.  Ah, you could post Kerry's legislative record; that is relevent.

oh Collective you have to be best buddies with fern I guess.  To think that anybody would prefer to have UBL alive is a stupid and rather vacuous statement.

I guess you think UBL and terrorism are a nuisance like kerry.  pitiful logic and rather brain dead reasoning.
