Yes, they do, but they don't necessarily show it on TV. It's even been spoofed in Monty Python. They used to not announce the party and the announcer would say it in the gaps.

The Tories are now projected to win 305 seats, and the Lib Dems are projected to win 61 seats. Labour and the Others are still the same.
