Wow, <<JFOOL's tasteless comment reveiling his ignorance further delete>>, do you have negative trust in Bush, then?
The IAEA warned the US on April 10th.

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=540&ncid=736&e=1&u=/ap/20041029/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iraq_weapons

One again, here is what the story really said:

Fleming did not say which officials were notified or when, but she said the IAEA — which had put storage bunkers at the site under seal two months before the war — alerted the United States about Al-Qaqaa after the Tuwaitha nuclear complex was looted. The IAEA said it informed U.S. officials separately of the Tuwaitha looting on April 10.

The spokeswoman, Fleming, didn't commit to the date; this sounds like someone at IAEA trying a little CYA, since they won't say.  MSNBC has the date of the information on May 3, 2003.  http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6323933/

MSNBC has a good chronology which lists the dates.  The letter reference is very specific.  I would expect a dated letter to be in existence

The Kerry supporters on this board are spinning like a top.

Terrorists who had no connection to IRAQ before the war, came in and figured out where really dangerous explosives were stored.  The they went in and stole the weapons trucking them out in a miltary occupied country.  You must think these terrorists are 90 FEET TALL

NY Times & CBS News did a bad job reporting.   Kerry wasn't fair when he jumped on it.  Payback is a b...h

Never expected Kerry to be fair.

However, he should have learned from the CBS assertions to be wary of accusations from the liberal media.

Kerry really hurt himself with this one.

By this time, no one with any sense gives any credibility to the New York Times, so they can print and unending list of absurd lies as they have NO credibility left.

There are real problems with Kerry's credibility.  There are even bigger problems with jFOOL's credibility.  He's a party hach that spins like a top, can't handle the truth, and then cusses or avoids the question.
