Calling all Senators, the GM and other citizens interested.

The Foreign Aid Clarification Act, which I sponsored as a Senator, requires the drafting of a report on foreign aid to be delivered to the President and Senate. Here are the relevant requirements:

The first question we must address is simple: how much money do we have allocated to "foreign aid, humanitarian special assistance, international assistance and development for the present fiscal year"?

We are helping Chile from their earthquake. 45 million dollars. We also have some to Haiti, but I'm not sure how much right off the top of my head.

The current foreign aid budget should be approximately $10 billion, so that is what you have to play around with.

EDIT: Note that this assumes a rate of 0.07% of GDP. The SoEA and Senate are free to change this rate.
