Adolf Hitler (NSDAP) 1934-1945

Gustav Heinemann (SPD) 1969-1974

Richard von Weizsäcker (CDU) 1984-1994

That's true, but I didn't put him on the list, because it was only 10 days and Luther made no decision as acting President. Dönitz was a short time in power, but he signed the capitulation Wink
