Definitely Cleveland. I realize that Wilson deserves credit for WWI, but he was a bigot.
What about WWI does Wilson deserve credit for?

His decision for the United States to enter the war prevented a win for Austria-Hungary and Germany after Russia withdrew.

It's not a guarantee that the Central Powers would have won WWI if the U.S. did not enter in 1917. Also, Wilson entered WWI too late--if he had entered sooner, the Bolshevik Revolution and the Cold War might have been prevented. Also, Wilson screwed up in the aftermath of WWI since he did not threaten to cut aid and loans to Britain and France if they did not accept lentient conditions on Germany. Had he done that, Britain and France might have agreed to make the reparations Germany had to pay a bit more lenient. That way, WWII might have also been prevented.

The Czar was on his way out when he lost the war against Japan.

I know it's hard to believe but America doesn't have that big an influence in Russian politics. Wilson had nothing to do with the Bolshevik revolution. Just like Reagan had nothing to do with the collapse of the iron curtain.

I know Wilson didn't have anything to do directly with the Bolshevik Revolution, and I know that the Russian Tsar was becoming increasingly unpopular. However, if Wilson got the U.S. into WWI sooner, the Tsar might have been overthrown eventually, but the Bolshevik Revolution might not have occured since WWI might have been over by that point and the Russian people might decide to continue supporting Alexander Kerensky's govt. due to their improving lives after the end of WWI. Thus, my point is still valid. Do you disagree with me on any of my other points?

The one who didn't take The Birth of a Nation seriously.

Cleveland died before The Birth of a Nation was made and released.

Did I ever deny that?

No, but Cleveland didn't ahve the opporunity to take TBOAN seriously. If he had lived, he might have very well took it seriously.

That being said, both were terrible President's.

Wilson also opposed women's suffrage before receiving tremendous pressure from Congress and women's advocacy groups.
