Given that the Napoleonic Wars seem to be taught quite a bit, I'd think there's a decent chance that Austerlitz or Leipzig are also fairly well known nowadays.

No.  Not except in fairly extraordinary circles.  Austerlitz would make a great movie, though.

Trafalgar might be known, but only by the "I went to London once!  Look at this photograph!" crowd.

I would probably have been on Wellington's side, considering Napoleon's history. In battles between mighty nations in history, I often support the underdog. Even if Napoleon's enemies had the advantage by the time when Waterloo was fought, I see them as the undedogs in a longer perspective.
