Really, given  the results Rassmussen is giving out, and his chickening out of polling the MA senate race before election day, I would go with PPP here. Not sure what Rassmussen is up to, but at the point at which even he says he is a media company rather than a polling one I would not be shocked if he were randomly making stuff up at this point.

I think it is closer than the Ras poll, but the senate and the gov race willl wind up to be the same and I think that it will be within the margin of error, waiting for a Kos poll to confirm this.
