Ranked lower Alexander IV in the so-corrupt-and-materialistic-it-is-actually-funny stakes. Though probably makes top five. At least he die of a heart attack while sodomizing an altar boy (which I believe was the path of final destination of one medieval pope).

BTW... no mainstream Catholic defends the personal morality of any of these popes.

I believe that was Paul II.  Julius III was also accused of having gay orgies. One of the Sixtus's would appoint men to church positions in exchange for sexual favors. Benedict IX was probably considered the worst however; he sold the papacy and took it back, had countless affairs, and murdered people personally. A few other popes had children out of wedlock while in the papacy, and others did while cardinals or priests.
