Thousands of preventable deaths occur every year because of cars!  We should ban them to protect public safety!

No. Drivers licenses should be harder to get and keep.

No, because the usefulness of cars outweighs the risks of driving them.

How am I being stupid? Far more people are killed by cars and I don't see why you won't ban those.

Yes.  I think I should be provided with a private  helicopter and let the rest of you walk.

Don't take away cars. Strengthen the penalties against the recklessness that causes these problems.

Not banned outright, no.  However, if we stopped spending billions in State and Federal Funding each year to fuel car culture and the suburban lifestyle, they would quickly become too expensive to the individual citizen to be a reliable means of mass transportation.

Here is a better rhetorical point... would everyone in America who supports tight gun control, but not tight car control please raise their hands...

Yup... that's what I thought.

I'm sure this poll is facetious, but anyway, while cars shouldn't be banned, car culture has gone way too far. Of all the funding of cars and highways, plenty of that could instead be used for mass transit and building walkable communities.

Should all your women go with you on your helicopter? What if there are too many of them?

You aren't forced to drive them...so why ban them?

It was a joke.  I don't like them though.
