General Election:

John Hickenlooper (D): 49%
Scott McInnis (R): 45%

Favorable Ratings:

Hickenlooper: 56% favorable, 36% unfavorable
McInnis: 52% favorable, 29% unfavorable

This statewide telephone survey of 500 Likely Voters in Colorado was conducted by Rasmussen Reports February 4, 2010. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.

Hickenlooper's victory would give us control of redistricting, though I don't see that being much of a factor. Just means Perlmutter won't end up in too much danger.

Well, PPP will have a new CO poll out today and in their preview they say that Hickenlooper is slightly favored to hold the Governor post.

Hickenlooper is a good guy and would be a good Governor, while McInnis stinks of Bush era Republicanism (even if he wasn't there much of the Bush years).

I don't think Hickenlooper is up by this much but the Dems are looking much better than they in Jan.  I think it willl wind up where the Senate polls end up.
