It's a Spanish Fascist. As in General Franco. Also note that in the wars in the Lebanon, "Phalangists" were responsible for some pretty horrific massacres

From what I read, there is no anti-semitism here.  They explicitly announce their support of the IDF, their condemnation of anti-semitism, and they share many of the same enemies of Israel, implying a kind of understanding between the two.

They seem to use falangist not in the Spanish context, but in the Lebanese context, which at least from the skimming I did is not the same.  In any case, the Spanish facists were not as defined by anti-semitism as the German facists, partly because nearly all Spanish Jews had been driven elsewhere by the inquisition (so they were not an effective scapegoat).  Facist and anti-semite are two different things, but are often confused because the most prominent facist in history was also the most prominent anti-semite.

The staunch opposition to the hihgly illegal Syrian occuaption of Lebanon gets my vote for the Falangists.

The Christian Falangist party actually is more moderate than the Constituion Party from what I'm reading here.
