Let's assume bank records came out linking a politician to making transactions at a legal brothel in Nevada or overseas.

Would he be forced to resign or would the public not care and forget? Remember that Spitzer was convicted of no crime. Hence why the prudery around that disgusted me.

Wasn't there some state legislator or someone who resigned because some odd porn videos were found on his public computer? They weren't illegal or something politicaladdict would be in to, but they weren't exactly "vanilla" porn either and were for some type of embarrassing fetish.

Granted that might have more to do with him having any porn videos on a public computer to begin with...

Mark Foley's another example though. He didn't break any laws, and I do believe he got a bad deal.

Legal in Nevada it wouldn't be as bad as legal overseas.

Either way, as long as a law isn't violated, I could care less.
