Another one I wanted to start... Between bad soldiers, old and new morons, old, new and multiple traitors, you've got plenty of reasons to pick one of them ! Of course, they only exist by their year of promotion, so here is the simplest list:

1804:
1. Berthier
2. Murat
3. Moncey
4. Jourdan
5. Masséna
6. Augereau
7. Bernadotte
8. Brune
9. Soult
10. Lannes
11. Mortier
12. Ney
13. Davout
14. Bessières
15. Kellermann
16. Lefebvre
17. Pérignon
18. Sérurier

1807:
19. Victor

1809:
20. MacDonald
21. Oudinot
22. Marmont

1811:
23. Suchet

1812:
24. Gouvion Saint-Cyr

1813:
25. Poniatowski

1815:
26. Grouchy

Results:
Round one:

Rules:
In each round, you vote for the marshal you want to eliminate. The marshal who has received the biggest total of votes is eliminated. In case of a tie, the marshal who has received the biggest total of votes in previous rounds is eliminated. In case of a new tie, I, Emperor of this survivor, will decide who is ousted.
Each round is open for 24 hours +.

ROUND ONE IS OPEN !
Vote away !

In fact, he was "a bit late" but Napoleon viewed him, even after Waterloo, as a good one, if not a very good one. Circumstances were more important than Grouchy's personal role.

- Kléber wasn't maréchal de France under Napoleon.
- I haven't counted Hash's second vote: he may have thought Brune was already eliminated.

And, in this round, sure, I vote myself Soult, paragon of opportunism.
