No fair. There needs to be an option I can vote for.

You have the option requirement of not voting.

I have a feeling Kai-shek would do better in a non-anarchic situation, and he did have a good track record in Taiwan of economic development. I'll take his form of authoritarianism over ol' crazy Mao's.
